Workshop 1 – Embracing the Soul – the path of soulcentric development

Date and time: 21st of November (Thursday), from 18.30 to 20.30 CET

Facilitator: Bogdan Romanică (from Romania)

Description: The soul is our unique destiny, place, and life purpose. It is the divine spark within each of us—human and more than human—yearning to be expressed in the world and to contribute to the greater cosmic creation. But how can we connect with our soul to receive its insights and guidance? In today’s fast-paced world, where the soul is often neglected, we can feel lost, confused, and without direction. Are there any guides or maps to help us navigate what may be the most significant journey of our lives—the Soul Journey? The answer is yes. In this workshop, we will explore the concept of soulcentric development and introduce the maps, tools, and practices that draw us closer to our soul. This experience is thoughtfully crafted with presentations, stories, and personal narratives, along with journaling, poetry, and individual exercises. Together, these elements foster a sense of personal wholeness and inspire a deeper connection to one’s soul.

Workshop 2 – Society and Changemaking

Date and time: 28th of November (Thursday), from 18.30 to 20.30 CET

Facilitators: Anna Książek, Katarzyna Deka, Katarzyna Deka, Andrea Pucci (from Poland)

Description: Have you ever thought of changing the world for the better? Would you like to get inspired by real examples of changemakers and meet like-minded people from all over the world? Are you looking for interesting educational and personal development tools you could use in your own journey as well as during individual or group work with others? If you answered yes to any of those questions you are more than welcome to join a 2h workshop about Society and Changemaking during which we will present methods and tools supporting those who want to change themselves and the world around them. We will start by having a look at ourselves and finish with reflecting on what change we wish to bring to the world next year. Let’s make a difference together!

Workshop 3 – Regenerating Soil, Humans and Wider nature

Date and time: 5th of Decembre (Thursday), from 18.30 to 20.30 CET

Facilitators: Grainne O’Neill (from Ireland)

Description: What would the soil say if we took the time to listen? What stories of resilience, memory, and transformation would it share with us? Beneath our feet lies a living, breathing entity that holds the wisdom of ages and bears the imprint of both nature’s abundance and humanity’s impact. What memories and traumas does it hold, and how can we honor them to create a more balanced world? In this workshop, we’ll delve into the essential question of how healthy soil can become an answer to some of the most pressing challenges of our time, including food security, climate change, and the biodiversity crisis. We will explore regenerative practices that support not only soil health but also human well-being and the interconnected web of life. Join us on World Soil Day for an engaging and fruitful exploration that brings together theory, practice, and heartfelt discussion.
