“Get in Contact” Training Course co-founded by the Erasmus+ programme, which took place from the 25/10/2019 until the 02/11/2019 in Dob (Slovenia).
Dreams for Life was partner in a lovely Erasmus+ training course. Get in Contact was an 9-day training course which aimed to introduce and explore Contact improvisation practice and its possibilities to integrate it in your work with youth and other target groups.
In the last two of days of the program, the participants created exercises based on Contact Improvisation to be applied in their work with youngsters. The explanations of the 5 exercises were recorder and now there are 5 videos of around 7 minutes each available for inspiration. It is part of this project strategy to introduce Contact Improvisation in youth work by spreading the videos so that they reach as much youngsters and specially youth workers as possible.
