Dreams for Life was partner in an Erasmus+ training course in Czech Republic, called “Path to Understanding”, that took place from the 19th to the 26th of March.
Thanks to this partnership, 4 youth workers from Romania could participate in the project, alongside participants from Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Spain and Hungary. Now, the 4 participants will disseminate the experiences, by organizing workshops for youth.
The participants developped their understanding of basic principles of NVC, in their own capacity of self-connection, empathy towards others, identifying feelings and needs and other competencies that will support them in their work with youth.
The project happened in cooperation with organisations Youthtopia, Youth Connect, Proactive Association, Ocean Znanja, Dreams for Life, 21 Nap, Ara and Moviment and thanks to the funding of the European Comission programme Erasmus+.
